I'm getting a security error when I try to access Library resources (ebooks, journal article, etc.). What should I do?

We have received reports that some users are getting a security error when trying to access Library resources. The error usually looks something like this: This error usually looks something like:
SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN 

 We are working on a permanent solution, but there are two things to try for now:

  1. If you are using Firefox, try using a different browser. In our experience, Chrome works best. Firefox has been implementing stricter security guidelines that don't work well with the way our resources are set up. It is 100% safe to access our resources.
  2. Clear your browser cache, restart your computer, and then try accessing the resource again.
