My guest speaker will join my class remotely; what is the best way to set that up?

Microsoft Teams Meeting is the system the college supports for online meetings/video conferencing. To have your guest join the class remotely, you can set up a session on your Outlook Calendar. In the box "Add required people", type the guest's email to invite him or her (external email is OK).  Also send the meeting information (the link, meeting ID and passcode) to the guest speaker.
