How do I use Canvas Studio to record voice over PowerPoint slides?

If you have not downloaded and installed Canvas Studio's Screen Capture application, please follow the instructions on this FAQ.

- While in Canvas, click the Studio link in the left-hand navigation. Wait for the Studio site to load. Once loaded, click "Record" then "Screen Capture" at the top of the page. [if you have not downloaded and installed Studio's Screen Capture, you will be asked to here. Instructions are listed on this FAQ.]
- Open the PowerPoint you want to add voice to.
- Before you start recording you will need to have the PowerPoint presentation active and in front of you. (Your top most window)
- Studio's Screen Capture app will have a dashed line box on your screen. Adjust the box to cover the PowerPoint.
- Click the "Record" button to begin recording the screen, mouse movement/drawing, and your voice.
